We do NOT accept refunds unless the contents we provided in the lessons are defective.

Particularly, we will NOT accept any of the following claims;

• Following our online lesson in the gaimen-kirikae exam caused the failure of the gaimen-kirikae exam. 

• The lack of information were given in our contents and thus you failed the gaimen-kirikae exam.

These claims can be easily made, however unless you can prove your claim with clear evidence (such as taking a video during the exam), we cannot accept with your claim.

We will investigate your claim and if we cannot disagree with your claim, we will try and refund all as soon as possible.
